CNC tool making in a wide range
Our turning shop can manufacture production and test tools of basically any design on individually agreed terms, as well as CNC milling contract work and the manufacture of custom parts. We also offer a consultancy service to assist our customers with our expertise.Our CNC machining centres have a maximum travel range of over 1700 mm with a precision of 0.02 mm. In addition to milling technology, our company also covers other machining processes such as turning, grinding, wire cutting and so on.

3D design and consultation
Based on the specifications, samples and/or 2D drawings, CNC 3D models or customer's ideas, we carry out the design and development. The final tooling documentation is also adapted to the specific formal, content and technical requirements of the customer, therefore ensuring trouble-free production.We can accept and handle the following 2D and 3D model formats:

Production of blow moulding tools
We manufacture blow moulds for the production of PET and HDPE bottles and other plastic products and components, from the design stage onwards.A significant part of our CNC tooling is the production of special blow moulds. We have supplied our customers with tools in a wide variety of shapes and sizes, which have been used to manufacture an invaluable number of products over the years.

Custom component and device design
We undertake the manufacture, refurbishment, repair, modification, remanufacture and spare parts production of simple and complex custom-made industrial machines and components. Another part of our customers are from the food industry, on one side we provide solutions for tooling needs for PET and other packaging materials, on the other side we manufacture parts for food production lines. A part of our orders from the food industry consists of the production of canning guiding tracks, glass turners and sorting pulleys.
